What is NexaLink and who is it for?
+
NexaLink is a cloud-based SaaS platform designed for Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and Wireless ISPs (WISPs) using MikroTik routers. It automates customer provisioning, billing, router monitoring, and team management from a single dashboard.
How does MikroTik integration work?
+
NexaLink connects to your MikroTik routers using the RouterOS API over TCP. When you add a customer, their PPPoE credentials are automatically created on the router within seconds. Suspension and deletion are also handled automatically.
What RouterOS versions are supported?
+
NexaLink supports MikroTik RouterOS version 6.49 and above, including RouterOS v7. Both API (port 8728) and API-SSL (port 8729) are supported with custom port configuration.
Can I use NexaLink on my own server?
+
Yes. NexaLink supports Cloud-hosted and On-premises deployment models. Both use the same licence key system — if your licence expires, the on-premises installation stops accepting logins regardless of where it is hosted.
Is my data isolated from other ISPs?
+
Absolutely. NexaLink uses a multi-tenant architecture where every ISP data is completely isolated. Your customers, routers, plans, and invoices are scoped exclusively to your tenant.
What payment gateways are supported?
+
NexaLink supports Stripe, Razorpay, and PayPal for online payment collection with webhooks for automatic invoice status updates.
Can I have multiple staff with different permissions?
+
Yes. Create staff users with Read-Only, Read-Write, Full Access, or Custom permission levels. Each level controls exactly what the staff member can see and do.
What happens when my licence expires?
+
You receive 7-day warning notifications. On expiry, panel access is suspended but data is preserved. Renew to restore access immediately. Existing PPPoE credentials on your routers continue working.

Can I white-label NexaLink?
+
White-labelling is available on the Enterprise plan — your own domain, logo, colors, and brand name throughout the platform.
